Essex Professional Coaching is led by Co-Directors Adam Hampson and Karl Andrade who founded the business in July 2017. With a friendship stretching from infant, primary/secondary school, and further education to a passion for PE, sport, and physical activity. Both are committed to providing inclusive, engaging, and inspiring activities for schools across Essex & Suffolk.
