Our team are on site Monday - Friday every week of the school year to engage, support, and nurture your children through inclusive before and after school clubs.

The wraparound offering prioritises child choice and allows children to pick between two activities during every club, typically one option will be a sport and the other a more reserved activity (e.g. arts & crafts) see below a timetable of the activities on offer, please note this is reviewed an updated on a half termly basis.

Below is the weekly activities timetable. The selection on offer prioritises child choice. Our settings lead will listen to feedback from children and parents with regards to the activities and is responsible for proposing a variety of timetables on a termly basis.

Children have a choice of active activities or activities that are a little more reserved to increase engagement and positively impact physical and mental wellbeing.
Before school food options are a selection of breakfast cereals or toast and a range of spreads. After school a light evening meal is optional, please check the menu to see specifically what is on offer on each evening.
We are delighted to confirm that we accept Childcare Vouchers for parents and carers who wish to pay using the childcare tax-free scheme. This payment can be made during the booking process when you proceed to payment.
All of our Ofsted registered settings can accept childcare vouchers. When making a booking click ‘childcare vouchers’ at the checkout payment option. Once the booking has been made visit the childcare voucher company or government account choosing any of our settings to make payment and reference your child’s name. Please search ‘Essex Professional Coaching’ or ‘EPC’. We ask that payment is made within 24 hours.
All bookings will take place online via our online booking platform, the platform offers flexibility with block and adhoc bookings at no financial disadvantage to you as parents, with total control of managing your child's bookings via your own account.

It also offers flexible ways to pay including tax free childcare and childcare vouchers.

All booking types, whether that be block or adhoc sunrise or sunsetter bookings are flexible for parents
If your child cannot attend a scheduled session due to a change in plans or illness, you can transfer the booking to another session at no additional cost, providing you let us know you’ll have the credit raised and this will be shown in your online wraparound account in the parent portal.
